At Work Assisted we all come to work every day because we want to solve a problem in the ecommerce industry. Ecommerce companies put all of their effort towards pushing their products and bringing a consistent stream of new customers. This is what gets an online business off the ground and why marketing is so imperative.

While online sellers acquire the customers, the most important aspect is to retain the customers and have them coming back. How will sellers do this?  Many use call centers but customers require a lot of care and attention. Our mission is clear to bring customer experience to a new level. Doing the job is not enough, we can only exist by being resourceful and caring about the bottom line.
